Blue Home Improvement was founded in 2019 by Claudio after more than two decades of residential construction work across Massachusetts. The decision to build the company in MetroWest wasn't accidental — it's where our crews live, where we've done most of our work, and where we can be on a job site in twenty minutes, not two hours. The homeowners we work for are neighbors we'll run into at the hardware store.
Since 2019, we've completed more than 200 projects — bathrooms, kitchens, decks, and exterior work across the twelve towns we serve. The company grew around a steady, trusted group of tradespeople we've worked alongside for years. That's intentional. It's how we run multiple projects at once without quality slipping — the same hands, the same finish standard, project after project.
The number we quote is the number you pay. Our estimates cover the full scope — everything included, nothing hidden. If something genuinely changes during the project, we stop, talk to you, write a change order, and let you decide before we touch it. There are no "while we were in there" additions on your final invoice.
Every project has one dedicated lead — your single point of contact from kickoff through the final walkthrough. You get updates as the work moves forward, and when you reach out, we reply within a few hours. You should never have to chase us for an answer about your own home.

We come to your home, walk the space, and listen first. By the end of the visit, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right fit — before any numbers come back.
Within a few days you receive a written proposal with full scope and a single fixed price — the document the whole project runs on. If anything changes later, it gets a written change order and your approval before we move.
Once you sign, the project lead takes over — permits, materials, scheduling, the build itself. You'll hear from us when there's something worth knowing, and the site gets cleaned at the end of every workday.
The project isn't done until you say it's done. We walk the finished space with you, check every detail, and put anything outstanding on a punch list before we hand it off. Your final invoice matches your proposal.
