Tile & Stone
Floors, shower walls, tub surrounds, niches, and accent strips — subway to large-format porcelain to natural stone. The layout and material are yours; the install is ours.
A bathroom remodel is a significant investment — in your home and in your daily life for the weeks it takes to get there. The result should be something you're still glad about years later. Based in Framingham, we've been doing bathroom remodels across MetroWest long enough to know the difference between a finished project and a finished project done right.
Tile, plumbing, electrical, finish work. One in-house crew runs it all. You get one point of contact, not a revolving door of subcontractors to track.
Floors, shower walls, tub surrounds, niches, and accent strips — subway to large-format porcelain to natural stone. The layout and material are yours; the install is ours.
Supply lines, drains, valves, and fixtures — including permit. We're as comfortable rerouting a wet wall as swapping a faucet.
Custom or stock vanities with quartz, granite, or solid surface tops. We can source selections or work with what you've already chosen.
Recessed, vanity, and sconce lighting plus properly sized exhaust fans. Good ventilation is the part most bathrooms get wrong — it's what keeps tile and grout looking right long-term.
Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers with linear drains, frameless glass enclosures, alcove tubs, and freestanding soakers.
We pull permits and schedule inspections directly with your town's building department. You won't find yourself on hold with the permit office.
Bathroom remodels across Framingham, Natick, Wellesley, and MetroWest — real projects, no stock photos.
Every project follows four steps: consultation, written estimate, the build, and a final walkthrough. What makes it work isn't the steps — it's the same team running them from start to finish.
We walk the space, take measurements, and ask enough questions to actually understand the project — fixtures, layout goals, what's staying and what's going. No obligation.
That number is what you'll pay. If we open a wall and find something unexpected, we walk you through it before any additional work starts — not after.
Permits, materials, scheduling, and the build itself — our project to manage, not yours. One number to call; we'll keep you updated as things move.
We don't call a project done until you do. We walk the finished space together and address anything that needs another pass before we're out.
Once the work was able to begin, they worked quickly and efficiently. They stand by their quotes and did not charge me extra — even when they ran into complicated plumbing the previous builder had not done up to code. I've recommended Blue Home Improvement to several friends and neighbors.
Everyone within the company listened to what I wanted and explained it all to me clearly from start to finish. Their attention to detail was unmatched and they really know how to design any space. I am in awe of their quality and workmanship.
The team was responsive, collaborative, detailed, and transparent throughout the entire process. They truly delivered the vision we had for the new bathroom. Extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely use them again.
Most bathroom remodels run three to five weeks from demo to walkthrough, depending on scope and material lead times. A cosmetic refresh — new tile, vanity, and fixtures — moves faster. A full gut involving plumbing reroutes, electrical, or layout changes takes longer. We'll give you a realistic range during the estimate visit, and we'll keep you updated as things move.
Yes. When a permit is required — and for most full bathroom remodels in MetroWest, at least a plumbing permit is — we handle the application, submission, and inspection scheduling directly with your town's building department. We'll tell you upfront what your project needs and why.
If you have a second bathroom in the house, you'll use that throughout. If the bathroom we're remodeling is your only one, we aim to leave it in a usable condition at the end of each workday whenever the scope allows. We'll talk through your specific situation during the consultation — it factors into how we sequence the work.
Both. Most remodels stay within the existing footprint — keeping the plumbing in place keeps costs and timelines in check. If you want to relocate a toilet, shower, or sink, we can do that. It gets factored into the project scope and estimate, and we'll walk through whether it's worth it for your goals during the consultation.
We warranty all installations we complete for one year. If an installation error or defect surfaces within that year, we'll address it. The warranty covers our work — fixture or material defects fall under the respective manufacturer warranties, which we'll help you understand before the project closes out.
Honest answer: we can't give a meaningful number without seeing the room. A bathroom remodel can run anywhere from the mid-teens to well past $50k, depending on the size of the space, how much of the plumbing and electrical we're touching, what we find behind the walls, and the fixtures and finishes you choose. We'd rather quote you accurately after a free in-home consultation than give you a number that won't hold up.
